Situated along the renowned tourist belt of Gurney Drive, the hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, a spa and modern suites. There is also a substantial amount of food and beverage spaces as well as retail This was a design pitch for the renovation of both the existing hotel and retail spaces. The scope included the following: 

• Hotel Lobby interior space planning and design.

• BOH space planning for ground level.

• Restaurant planning and concept interior design.

• Integration of restaurant space with mall areas.

• Level 7 Guest amenities including gym, pool terrace, kids club, spa, and teen club.

• Guest room interior planning and design.
